Korea in an Asia-Pacific data centre shortlist
An Asia data center search can describe different decisions: renting colocation racks, finding a GPU-ready facility, acquiring a development site or comparing regional expansion options. Start by defining the decision and whether the requirement is in South Korea or elsewhere in Asia-Pacific. AI-DC KOREA provides Korea-focused project information; this directory is not an inventory of available facilities across Asia.
For a Korea versus Singapore, Japan or Malaysia shortlist, compare the same IT load, rack density, required date, network destinations and resilience requirements. Ask each provider to identify the source and date of its power availability, cooling capability, connectivity and commercial offer. A published campus MW figure does not establish immediately available IT capacity. No regional winner can be inferred without project-specific evidence.
For Seoul colocation or a Korea AI data center requirement, record whether you need a rack, cage, suite or dedicated building. For development, start with site rights, permits and a documented grid-connection route. Use the Korea directory and the related site, power and grid-assessment guides to prepare a consistent request. Capacity, price and completion dates require a current response from the responsible provider.
