Paid Service Usage Policy

Scope of Application and Service Categories

This policy applies to AI-DC KOREA’s paid memberships—including Research Pro, Development Pro, Team, and Enterprise—as well as individual preliminary review and verification reports. On-site surveys, verification with relevant agencies, design, permitting, and power supply consultations, and advisory services for project financing, investment, and transactions are separate services distinct from the membership.

The feature tables on the product pages are based on common standards; the number of end users, data provided, downloads, reports, and scope of support will be finalized in the quote, contract, and account approval details.

Pricing and Contract Formation

Unless otherwise specified, the listed prices Value-Added Tax (VAT) not includedPayment must be made exclusively via bank transfer to the corporate account at Nonghyup (Account No. 351-1410-0609-03; Account Holder: CoreLink Partners Co., Ltd.). We do not offer credit card payments, automatic payments, or automatic renewals.

5. The administrator verifies payments and accounts and approves products, start dates, and expiration dates.

Access is not granted immediately upon viewing the price on the screen; service begins once the company activates your access after confirming your payment.

Start, Expiration, and Changes to Authorization

• Start: Applies from the agreed-upon starting point, which is either the contractual start date or the date of administrator activation
• Expired: Upon expiration of the date recorded in the account, paid features will be switched to public or lower-level access.
• Extension: It does not renew automatically; separate consultation, payment, and approval are required before expiration.
• Changes: Upgrades to higher-tier plans, increases in the number of users, and additions to data ranges require administrator approval after consultation regarding the difference in cost and the effective date.
• Paused: Service may be temporarily suspended to the extent necessary in cases of non-payment, account sharing, mass cloning, security risks, or contract violations.

Administrators must record the history of all permissions granted, modified, or revoked in user accounts and operational logs.

Scope of Membership

Paid membership grants access to contracted users and companies for internal business reviews. To share accounts, CSV files, or reports with affiliates, customers, or external consultants, you must verify that such sharing is permitted under the terms of the contract.

Data query volume, downloads, comparison targets, multiple plots, report formats, and API/regular delivery availability vary by product. If the full raw data cannot be provided due to technical, copyright, or public API policies, it may be provided as independent normalized values, source links, or a verification summary.

Individual Reports and Expert Verification

Automated reports are preliminary deliverables generated by applying the input data and the assumptions and calculation formulas displayed on the screen. Expert verification reports supplement the original document with additional documentation, institutional reviews, or on-site verifications within the contracted scope. These two products differ in scope of liability and price.

The scope of delivery, reference date, number of revisions, submission format, and whether third-party use is permitted are specified in the quotation and contract. The schedule and cost may be adjusted if the user provides materials late or changes the project terms.

Cancellation, Termination, and Refunds

Pre-contract consultations are free of charge. Cancellations, early terminations, and refunds after signing a contract or making a payment are calculated based on relevant laws and regulations, individual contracts, whether access rights have been activated, the period of use, the provision of downloads and reports, and work already performed.

The site does not guarantee a blanket full refund or a specific refund rate. However, if the company fails to provide contracted core services due to its own fault, it will consult with the customer to find a reasonable solution—such as providing a substitute service, extending the service period, or issuing a partial or full refund—and will comply with relevant laws and regulations.

For cancellations or terminations, please contact the site to provide the subscriber’s information, service details, and reason for cancellation; we will process your request after a verification procedure.

Service Outages and Service Period Updates

Some queries may be temporarily suspended due to scheduled maintenance, security measures, public or private API outages, or force majeure. The company will restore service using archived data, alternative sources, or by re-running queries; if a significant, long-term outage attributable to the company substantially affects paid service, the company will consider compensatory measures, such as extending the contract term, within the scope of the agreement.

A single failure in an external API does not imply a negative determination regarding data center licensing, power availability, or business viability, and the company does not substitute it with unfounded definitive values.

Price and Policy Changes and Inquiries

When new plans, APIs, or enterprise-level service models are introduced, we will provide separate notice regarding pricing, term of service, cancellation procedures, and any additional personal information processing prior to implementation. As a general rule, new prices apply to new and renewed contracts, while contracts with already established terms will continue to follow the terms of those contracts.

If the account’s current plan, status, start date, or expiration date differs from the contract, you can request a correction by contacting an administrator.
