AI-DC KOREA Terms of Service

Purpose and Operating Entity

These Terms of Service set forth the basic terms of use for domestic data center information, search and analysis functions, member data, inquiries and consultations, and related services provided by AI-DC KOREA, operated by CoreLink Partners Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”).

Consulting and services related to licensing, power, development, project financing (PF) and investment, as well as sales and leasing—which are conducted under separate contracts from the site’s information services—are distinct. If separate terms are specified in individual quotations or contracts, those terms take precedence.

Scope and Classification of Services

• Public Service: Map of domestic data centers, basic profiles, news, policy, and partner information, along with a search function within the scope of publicly disclosed data
• Member Services: Account and company profiles, inquiry log, access to approved data, and member-specific functionalities
• Paid Data Services: Detailed ledger, comparison and download, multi-parcel review, reports, and other product-specific approval features
• Separate consulting services: Contracted services such as institutional verification, on-site surveys, design, permitting, and power supply consultations, as well as investment and transaction advisory services

Results labeled as “Under Review,” “Estimated,” or “Proposed” in function names or on screens are preliminary information derived from automated calculations or publicly available data; they do not imply authorization or approval by relevant authorities or a definitive opinion from experts.

Sign Up and Account Management

Users must authenticate their accounts using the supported unified login and accurately register the required information, such as company, contact person, contact details, and business sector. Using another person’s account, registering false business information, and sharing or transferring access rights are not permitted.

To protect corporate data and paid features, the company may request verification of the company and the person in charge, supplementation of business information, or administrator approval. Users must immediately notify the company if they detect account theft or changes to their contact information.

Establishment of Paid Service

The products and prices shown on the screen are exclusive of VAT, and the final quote may vary depending on the number of users, data scope, renewal cycle, and verification level. The start date, expiration date, and suspension conditions for paid subscriptions are subject to the period displayed in the account and the terms of the individual contract.

User Guidelines

Users must use the service for legitimate internal review and contractual purposes and must not engage in the following activities.

• Abnormal automated data collection, bulk requests, bypassing authentication or access controls, or causing service disruptions
• Reselling or publicly distributing paid accounts, downloadable files, or reports to third parties
• Removing sources, verification dates, estimates, document numbers, or watermarks; or any act that misleads others into believing the information is definitive data
• Posting materials that infringe on another person’s personal information, trade secrets, copyrights, or database rights

Changes to the Company’s Operations and Services

The company may modify or temporarily suspend certain features for data updates, security reasons, changes in laws, regulations, or public API policies, external service outages, or system maintenance. Notifications regarding significant changes to paid plans will be provided via site announcements, the account dashboard, or registered contact information, whichever is feasible.

Certain queries may fail due to response delays or policy changes from external organizations, maps, or public APIs. The company will attempt to restore data using cached information and alternative source data, but does not guarantee continuous access to external systems.

Nature of the Information and Limitations of Liability

Data on center status, power supply, land, permits, project costs, construction period, IT load, PUE, and valuation figures may vary depending on the source, reference date, and assumptions. Users must verify the latest information through land use plans, building and power records, the relevant authorities, Korea Electric Power Corporation (KEPCO), and qualified experts before making any investment, purchase, design, or application.

Unless there is willful misconduct or gross negligence on the part of the company, the company shall not be liable beyond the scope permitted by law for any damages arising from the user’s sole judgment, errors or changes in external source data, or inaccurate information provided by the user. The scope of liability for separate services shall be specified in the relevant contract.

Usage Restrictions, Account Cancellation, and Dispute Resolution

If a violation of the Terms of Service, a security risk, non-payment, or abuse of privileges is confirmed, the company may request an explanation or corrective action and may suspend the account or paid privileges to the extent necessary. In the event of an urgent security incident, the company may take immediate action and provide notification afterward.

Members may request to cancel their membership or terminate their contract; the retention and deletion of data shall comply with the Privacy Policy, relevant laws and regulations, and obligations under any ongoing contracts. Disputes shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and jurisdiction shall be determined in accordance with the Civil Procedure Act and other relevant laws and regulations.
