GLOBAL GPU INFRASTRUCTURE

Seeking partners for global GPU infrastructure

We welcome proposals from partners with facilities, supply capabilities or international networks to support overseas GPU deployments. You may support just one requirement.

01 / U.S. procurement · interim hosting

GPU procurement & facility support

Actual deployment + LOI

Actual hosting and facility documentation

  • Equipment installation, operation and inspection support
  • Relocation once the follow-on Malaysian facility is ready
  • Discuss interim term, extensions and relocation conditions
02 / Global locations · liquid cooling

GB300 liquid-cooled colocation

10 MW class

Total facility scale · project IT power specified separately

  • 144 systems · stored in Taiwan, undeployed
  • Preferred readiness: 2026–Q1 2027
  • Later full delivery requires earlier partial delivery
03 / Southeast Asian locations · air cooling

B300 air-cooled colocation

2 MW + 5 MW

Allocatable IT power · separate concurrent requirements

  • Separate facility and quotation review for each requirement
  • 3–5-year term · dual power feeds · backbone connectivity
  • Target deadline: Q1 2027

Each request is reviewed against its global or overseas location conditions. Placement in Korea is not confirmed; suitability and final terms are checked with the customer and operator.

01 / U.S. procurement · interim hosting

GPU procurement & facility support

This requirement links U.S. GPU procurement with actual hosting and facility support. Please propose allocatable power, racks and cooling, together with facility documentation and LOI support for the supply channel’s review.

Detailed requirements
Support scopeAllocatable power, racks and cooling assessment; actual hosting; LOI and facility review documentation
Operating planThis U.S. B300 stock purchase requires actual equipment installation and operation, with project inspection support.
Follow-on relocationRelocation is planned once the follow-on Malaysian facility is ready. The initial hosting location remains subject to discussion.
Interim hosting termDiscuss the term against equipment arrival and the follow-on facility’s readiness. Include extension and removal conditions for delays.
Separate quotations① Actual hosting: space, electricity, installation, removal and relocation support ② LOI / preliminary support: scope, fees and processing time
Items to confirmReview assumes that initial deployment, the interim hosting purpose and planned relocation are disclosed to and confirmed with the supply channel.

Documentation support and actual operating conditions are reviewed together.

Information needed for an initial proposal

  • Supported equipment quantity, allocatable power, rack and cooling conditions
  • Earliest receiving, installation and operating dates, and minimum term
  • Actual hosting quotation and LOI / preliminary support quotation
  • Scope and costs of extension, removal and relocation support
02 / Global locations · liquid cooling

GB300 liquid-cooled colocation

We are reviewing global data center locations for 144 undeployed GB300 systems stored in Taiwan. Distinguish total facility capacity from IT power actually allocatable to this project.

Detailed requirements
Equipment / quantity144 complete GB300 systems. Rack count and detailed configuration will be confirmed during technical discussions.
Equipment statusStored in a Taiwan warehouse; not yet installed or deployed.
Facility scale10MW-class total facility. Specify project-allocatable IT power separately.
Cooling / technologyPropose liquid cooling, rack power and layout, cooling interfaces and supporting infrastructure, and network conditions.
Target locationsGlobal review. Suitable locations including Korea may be proposed, subject to customer evaluation.
Preferred readiness2026 or Q1 2027.
Phased deliveryFull delivery in Q2–Q3 2027 requires earlier partial delivery. Specify the initial date and capacity, and subsequent phases.

10MW refers to total facility scale. Allocatable IT power is reviewed separately.

Information needed for an initial proposal

  • Total facility capacity and project-allocatable IT power
  • Liquid cooling, rack layout, network and operating support scope
  • First partial-delivery date and capacity, and full-delivery date
  • Hosting, electricity, cooling, network and one-time charges
03 / Southeast Asian locations · air cooling

B300 air-cooled colocation

Two separate, concurrent requirements seek 2MW and 5MW of IT power in Southeast Asia. Partners may support either requirement or propose different facilities for each.

Detailed requirements
Allocatable IT powerRequirement 1: 2MW / Requirement 2: 5MW. These are independent concurrent requirements, not alternatives.
Region / coolingSoutheast Asia · air cooling. Korean partners may propose their local facilities or networks.
Contract termOpen to a 3–5-year colocation agreement.
Facility reliabilityTier III or equivalent technical reliability is evaluated subject to customer review.
Power / connectivityPropose dual power feeds and direct backbone connectivity.
Preferred readinessPreferably 2026. The current target deadline is Q1 2027.
Equipment quantity / layoutFinal quantities, layouts and operating loads will be confirmed by the customer and selected facility. The earlier 144-server batch is not a fixed allocation across 2MW and 5MW.

2MW and 5MW are separate requirements. Propose resources and pricing individually.

Information needed for an initial proposal

  • Which 2MW / 5MW requirement you can support, and allocatable IT power per facility
  • Facility location, air cooling, power redundancy and backbone connectivity
  • Earliest readiness per facility and phased-delivery options
  • Separate quotation, contract term and other conditions for each requirement
HOW WE WORK

From proposal to joint discussion

  1. Share facility location, allocatable IT power, readiness, cooling and indicative pricing.
  2. AIDC KOREA reviews the fit and advises what further information is needed.
  3. Once initial conditions align, the customer, partner and operator discuss details under confidentiality arrangements.
  4. Final contracting is discussed on the basis of a direct agreement between the customer and actual operator.

Partial capacity, phased delivery and alternative schedules may be discussed following customer review.

Tell us about the facilities and supply conditions you can offer.
