Before you shortlist a Korean data center

Can I lease capacity in every listed center?

No. The registry includes owner-occupied facilities as well as commercial centers. A listed site and its total power capacity do not establish third-party availability. Tell us the required IT MW or racks and start date so we can check with the operator.

How are planned centers shown?

Operating, construction and planning records retain their Korean source stage. Planned projects are not presented as ready-to-use capacity. The relevant center profile contains the available project information.

Can overseas investors acquire a site or operating asset?

You can submit acquisition, lease, investment or joint-development requirements. Public opportunities provide an overview; detailed address, counterparty, price and transaction availability are reviewed privately. A directory entry is not an offer for sale.

Can I search the Korean database in another language?

Yes. Search by the Korean name, translated name, operator or regional aliases such as Seoul, Seúl, ソウル and 首尔. Map positions come from the same stored coordinates in every language; a missing coordinate is never invented.
