41MW·103MW·1GW는 서로 다른 단계의 계획값입니다. 41MW는 1차 가동, 103MW는 프로젝트 완공 규모, 1GW는 장기 클러스터 확장 구상으로 분리했습니다. 2026년 9월 11일 최태원 SK 회장이 언급한 추가 900MW는 글로벌 빅테크와의 협의 진척을 가리키며, 고객계약·투자확약·전기사용계약·계통접속 승인이나 현재 확보 전력을 뜻하는 공식 계약 공시는 아닙니다. 2026년 8월 27일 발표된 SK호라이즌의 318MW도 운영 8곳과 울산·구로 건설사업을 묶은 포트폴리오 확장 규모로, 울산 단일 사업장의 현재 수전용량이나 IT Load로 옮기지 않았습니다.
