Actis disclosures identify the 21 MW GS E&C venture, the ADIK partnership, multiple Korean projects and Epoch Digital. A Sejong-provided release confirms a 6 October 2026 MOU under which Actis Korea plans KRW 1.8 trillion for a 100 MW-class AI data center on about 130,000 m² in Sejong, targeting construction in 2027.

공식 IDC·클라우드 서비스와 기존 국내 운영센터에 더해 2026년 10월 22일 자체 보유 50MW 안산 AI 데이터센터 착공을 확인했습니다. 안산 센터는 수전용량 50MW·IT Load 32MW, 전 서버실 액체냉각 대응, 2029년 준공 목표로 공개됐습니다. 군산 SGC 1단계에서는 UPS·배터리·자동제어 역무를 맡고, 10월 28일 Vertiv와 전력·액체냉각·모듈형 인프라 전략기술 파트너십 및 군산 SmartRun 우선 적용 계획을 공개했습니다. LS ELECTRIC 전력 인프라 MOU는 별도 사업·계약 단계입니다.

GS E&C

According to an official announcement by Actis, it has been confirmed as a joint development and construction partner for a 21 MW data center in the Seoul metropolitan area. In September 2026, it signed a business agreement with LG Uplus, Zai C&A, Kansam Architects & Engineers, and D&O CM to develop and commercialize a domestic PMDC standard model.

We have confirmed the operation of the Gwangju National AI Center and the Seoul Yangpyeong AI Center through official announcements and internal databases. A reference document from Woori Financial Group’s September 23, 2026, announcement specifies a preliminary lease commitment of 16 MW of IT load for the Pohang AI Factory data center and names NHN Cloud as the operator scheduled to begin operations upon completion.
