The three-party MOU signed on September 30, 2026 combines Hanshin E&C’s construction and project delivery, Jeongdo’s mechanical systems and OSC smart-module capabilities, and ZYX Technology’s CAD, AI-design and digital-twin technology. Hanshin’s stated 9 MW Ilsan KT Integrated Media Center project and 154/345/765 kV transmission-line experience are company-reported references; the undefined 9 MW figure is not treated as operating capacity, incoming power, IT load or UPS capacity. The MOU covers joint development, future field demonstrations and business discovery—not an individual design or construction award, secured site, building permit, power-use contract, grid connection or equipment delivery. No site, customer, contract value, schedule or performance guarantee was disclosed, so no physical-center or map record was changed.
